Kathy's Story: Roots of Care

Like many landowners, Kathy McClure from Pennsylvania spent years managing her woods without a clear plan. Over time, challenges like invasive species and overall forest health became harder to address alone.

With support from the Family Forest Carbon Program, she worked with a forester to develop a management plan tailored to her goals, helping her take a more active role in improving her forest while planning for the future.
